Patricia Anne Bowler

Pattie found her passion for watercolor six years ago shortly before retiring from United Airlines.
She discovered the joy of painting vibrant colors on paper which led to experimenting with collage.
Her inspirations come from the memories of many experiences gained in her world travels with the
airlines. The imagination is brought to life when she reflects on the impact these travels have
brought to her soul. She finds that the watercolor media with its fluid demand best expresses her ideas and style.

An award wining Texas artist, she currently is Southwestern Watercolor Society workshop chairman. This position has given her
the opportunity to continually study with many well known instructors in this media. Pattie and her husband currently live in McKinney, Texas.
